Home, travel or vacation. We want them so much and they cost us so much... In some cases the effort is excessive and becomes impossible. But there are always ways out and some good news, because knowing how to manage money makes a difference and avoids bitterness.

No money, no home. The issue of housing does not improve. Rent is impossible: 60% of two-bedroom homes are priced above reason. An excessive effort that dries up income. And on top of that when you want to buy the banks sneak commissions that do not correspond. The traps are everywhere.

Look for bargains. You have to look for alternatives, lower prices. We are living through a boom in public property auctions, flats included. Be careful, because the lowest cost carries risks and things can end badly. There is more security in other bargains: your future phone no longer has to be new. Relax, the so-called burnout syndrome has a solution. Maybe it's time to look for a new job. If you do, don't make the mistake that most Spaniards repeat.

Some breath. Not everything is grey. Gasoline, gas or light are already cheaper than before the war. The days of checking prices every day are over, for now. Holidays can also cost less: the war for the customer on the train is triggering savings, but you have to know how to buy.

The statistics are clear and the eurozone is in recession. You have to take everything with tweezers: a handful of countries and the energy crisis have thrown everything out of balance. Of course, the German locomotive does not pull and this can have a contagion effect that knocks down the rest of the economies.

Don't let the situation throw you off. The income campaign has entered the final phase and there are only a few weeks left to present the declaration. Doing it late has consequences. These are the key dates that we still have ahead of us.
