The last Holy Week in El Port de la Selva has been marked by good weather and we have been able to enjoy the landscape and surroundings once again.
The greatness of this town is the light and that, with each passing second, the landscape changes.
A good example is the painter that I have portrayed in Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia capturing his work, brushstroke by brushstroke, from Platja d'Aquí Sota, full of history.
These snapshots of El Port de la Selva take us to the shores of the Mediterranean, in the Alt Empordà. It is located in the northern part of Cap de Creus, on the Costa Brava.
As a good town on the Costa Brava, the presence of boats and boats in its port is an essential part of its daily landscape.
The Port de la Selva lives facing the sea, in communion with the Mediterranean. And, during the day, the light seems to merge with the sea, with the boats always bearing witness.
