Mañueco follows the path of Feijóo and lowers the regional IRPF section by half a point

Pedro Sánchez told Alberto Núñez Feijóo no to his request to lower taxes, especially to deflate the personal income tax rate. The PP cannot lower the withholdings, so that citizens notice that reduction according to the rise in inflation, but their communities do what they can, and this morning it was the president of Castilla y León, Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, who announced his contribution , the reduction of half a point in the minimum rate of the regional section of the Income Tax.

With this reduction in the minimum rate, which goes from 9.5 to 9%, Castilla y León is placed in the second autonomous community with the lowest personal income tax in Spain, since the autonomy with the lowest rate in the autonomous section is the Madrid's community. According to Mañueco, with this reduction, Castilians and Leonese will save 80 million euros. The minimum rate in Catalonia is 12%, that is, three points more than what Castilla y León will now have.

But the tax reduction announced today by the president of Castilla y León is not limited to personal income tax and represents a total tax reduction of 2,500 million euros in this legislature. They will be tax rebates or increased deductions that above all will benefit the Castilians and Leonese who live in the rural world, and thus there will be more bonuses for transmissions, rental of housing in the rural world, or transmission of farms.

Thus, the deduction for birth in personal income tax will rise to 40% for birth or adoption in the rural world. If for the first child a Castilian and Leonese has a deduction of 1,000 if she lives in a city, this will be 1,420 euros if she is born in the rural world; for the second child the deduction in the city will be 1,475 euros, and in rural areas 2,070 euros, and for the third child and subsequent children the difference will be from 2,351 euros to 3,300.

The transmission of companies that settle in the rural world will have a rate of 2% and not 8%, which is the normal rate. The transfer of farms will benefit up to 100% of the quota. Hunting and fishing fees, veterinary fees or road transport fees will also be reduced.

The deductions for home purchase of young people also benefit if these homes are in the rural world. Thus, the maximum value of the home to be able to have deductions rises to 130,000 to 150,000 euros, and the deduction, which in the city is 9,040 euros, will be 10,000 euros, with which a person can deduct up to 1,500 euros per year . The rate of the Tax on Documentary Legal Acts and Patrimonial Transfers is also lowered, which will be 0.01 in the rural world, while in the urban environment it will be 4%. As for transmissions, someone who buys a house for 150,000 euros will pay 15 euros for the transmission, while there are communities, said Mañueco, in which 15,000 would be paid for the same house. The deduction in personal income tax for leasing will increase from 20 to 25%.

Along with these tax reductions, the president of Castilla y León asked Pedro Sánchez that the Government face other reductions, those requested by the president of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, such as the reduction of VAT on fuels.
