Mango, new sponsor of the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell - Conde de Godó Trophy

The fashion company Mango and the Real Club de Tenis Barcelona-1899 have sealed an agreement whereby the textile company becomes the new sponsor of the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell-Trofeo Conde de Godó for the next three years, until 2025.

Within the framework of this collaboration, Mango will be in charge of dressing all the tournament staff, including all the ball boys, line judges and chair umpires who participate in it and are present on the playing courts. Mango will also dress all the members of the organization of the tournament.

It will not be the only part of the agreement between Mango and the Real Club de Tenis, which will also jointly promote a line of merchandising, the first in the history of the tournament. Hand in hand with RCTB-1899 (owner of the tournament) and Tennium (tournament manager), Mango will design and produce a collection of fashion clothing and accessories for the tournament, which will be distributed in the official store during the tournament.

Through this collaboration agreement, the prestigious tournament, which will take place from April 15 to 23, aims to "strengthen ties with the territories where it is present and support the cultural, social and economic activity of the Catalan capital." "Mango is a company born in Barcelona with strong ties to its hometown that we want to continue reinforcing with agreements such as the one we have just signed with the Real Club de Tenis Barcelona-1899", explained Toni Ruiz, CEO of the fashion group.

“It is a great satisfaction to have Mango as a strategic sponsor of our tournament. We share the same vision and ambition to increase the spread of our city and tournament around the world”, adds Xavier Pujol, CEO of the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell.
