On April 23, Mango celebrated the global launch of its most anticipated collaboration, Victoria Beckham x Mango. The place chosen was Casa Cruylles, an architectural jewel located in Begur, a small town on the Catalan Costa Brava.
Between the pine trees and the sea is located this majestic house designed by Antoni Bonet at the end of the 60s. For this distinguished occasion and with a nod to the campaign inspired by 'La piscine' (1969) by VB x Mango, the Cruylles House welcomed all the guests who were able to enjoy the collection in first person.
The designer Victoria Beckham and Toni Ruiz, CEO of Mango, acted as hosts of the event, which was enlivened by a welcome cocktail, a dinner by a luxury caterer directed by the Torres Brothers and a dance that served as the final culmination.
Victoria Beckham, who attended on crutches, dressed in one of her signature suits, an off-white linen-blend model with large shoulder pads. That same design was also worn by Justicia Ruano, the creative director of Mango Woman.
The British woman greeted everyone present at the party and took photos with many of them. Among the guests who did not want to miss this special celebration were well-known friends of the brand and industry leaders such as model Emily Ratajkowski, Alexa Chung, Adwoa Aboah, Mia Regan and Julia Sarr-Jamois.
The event also brought together the loyal Mango Girls community – Gala González, Blanca Miró, Sofía Sánchez de Betak, Nuria Val, Blanca Soler, Dariam Coco, Sofia Moser, Alyssa Coscarelly, Sophia Roe, Tamu McPherson, Monica Ainley, Sylvie Mus, Emmanuelle Koffi, Erika Boldrin, Jen Ceballos and Julia Hobbs – and several Mango Men such as Joan Palà, Miguel Carrizo or Jean-Filip Phiné N´djoli.
