Judge Santiago Pedraz is expecting a child after four months of relationship with Elena Hormigos

Santiago Pedraz (64) and his girlfriend, Elena Hormigos (36), are expecting their first child together after only four months of relationship, as revealed by Beatriz Cortázar in Es la mañana de Federico with Jiménez Losantos on EsRadio. Ants, as the journalist has revealed, would be two months pregnant and although everything has happened very quickly, she says that the baby has been wanted.

"He was not in the pools but he is a much-desired baby. He has arrived earlier than they calculated. It has been very fast. He will be born in November," Cortázar said. This surprising news for the judge of the National Court comes after a turbulent period in his life, since the couple met last December, four months after Pedraz ended his previous relationship with Esther Doña, the widowed Marchioness of Wimple.

"They weren't looking for it but they weren't preventing it either. It was something much faster than they thought but they are delighted," added Cortázar. The future mother is 36 years old, 28 years younger than the future father, and she can also boast of having a great professional career. Hormigos works as a legal adviser for the Caminos bank and is divorced. Both take advantage of the common bond that their profession offers them to share more time together after their workdays, combining their professional schedules.

This good news for Pedraz comes after the scandalous break with Esther Doña, whom he would have left through a WhatsApp message, according to her, a few days after getting engaged. Another previous relationship would not have ended well either, since he also broke his engagement with Sylvia Córdoba, whom he would have left by email, also according to her.

Santiago Pedraz is a media magistrate of the National Court and has handled such colorful cases as the Fénix operation, the complete trial of the Pujol family or the death of journalist José Couso in Iraq. He is the son of the journalist of the same name, who was deputy director of the Efe agency.
