Investigated a driver for driving with three occupants sitting in the windows in Zaragoza

In the middle of the Easter return operation and in the middle of a retention, a car circulated with three of its occupants sitting on the window frame, outside the vehicle, zigzag, and at other times, two of them tucked inside the trunk with the gate open, as reported by the Civil Guard investigating the driver.

The investigation began thanks to a user of another vehicle who recorded the events last Sunday, April 9 at 7:30 p.m., at kilometer 194 of the N-232 highway, in the municipality of Quinto, Zaragoza, and whose video was delivered immediately to the agents.

In the images, the driver can be seen driving with three young people sitting in the window frame. At another time, two of them are seen inside the trunk with the door open and how they get out of the car while it is running and get into the rear seats, the Civil Guard has reported.

While driving, the car carried out zigzag maneuvers while the occupants were sitting in the windows, eventually passing the opposite lane in a few moments, which seriously endangered the integrity of these people.

The recording also found that the occupants got in and out of the vehicle while driving, while other road users were driving in front of and behind the car and others in the opposite direction.

The agents identified the driver on April 17 in the province of Castellón, a statement was taken from him and he is being investigated for an alleged crime of reckless driving and against road safety.

This investigation has been carried out by agents of the Traffic Research and Analysis Group of the Aragon Traffic Civil Guard, supported by the Castellón group.
