One of the two women who were injured last Monday in a brawl in Valencia with knives and a pistol, 48 years old, is in serious condition admitted to the ICU, according to sources from the Department of Health. The events occurred in the Fonteta de Sant Lluís neighborhood for reasons that have not been clarified and several people were involved. The other wounded, 60 years old, has been discharged.
When the National Police intervened, two women were found wounded in the back by a knife and they were immediately transferred to the Hospital La Fe de València. In the operation, three people involved in the fight were arrested: a 41-year-old man, and two women, 45 and 54 years old, all of Spanish nationality, as reported to this newspaper by the Higher Police Headquarters.
In addition, the security forces located a pistol and a knife, as well as a firearm holster. Sources from the National Police in Valencia have reported that the investigation continues and that further arrests are not ruled out.
