Since then, the Catalan has made many little ones very happy by giving voice to the most famous songs from Frozen, Encantada, Peter Pan or Pérez, among other children's films.
Now, you can sing these songs to your own child. The artist has announced in the magazine Hello! that she is pregnant with her first baby with her partner José Ángel Ortega. A tough road that has culminated in some of the best news you could have heard. However, complications have occurred over the months.
"Today is a very special day for me. You know that I have been a little disconnected for a month and a half and my life has undergone some changes, but I didn't know how to say it either," Gisela stated on her Instagram account. "But I believe that the day has come to share with you news that makes us very happy and that we have been waiting for for a long time," she added.
And she has finally chosen the aforementioned magazine to be able to announce with great fanfare that she can smile again thanks to her pregnancy. "Getting pregnant has been a long-distance race," she said. "It has been a very long process, very hard, very difficult emotionally, above all," she said. The problems have been such that part of her entourage found out this very Thursday.
According to Gisela, at first they tried it naturally, suffering two miscarriages. After this, they decided to try in vitro fertilization, something also complicated for her, at 44 years old. "It was difficult. I had to do five stimulations, which is also a process involving a lot of hormones, with many punctures..., in which your body undergoes many changes," she expressed.
But the difficulties did not stop. After a month and a half, the gestational sac suffered a detachment. "It was a moment of crisis, because after all the stimulation and the whole process... I collapsed," he said. A hard moment that left her bedridden for two months.
Although things finally seem to be going well for the couple, "it's still a risky pregnancy!" And "fear" is always on the table because, as the singer has said, "no one guarantees that it will turn out well." Something that doesn't let you enjoy the moment to the fullest.
Even so, she can already imagine what she will be like as a mother: "Paranoid, stressed, very worried." But she is clear that there is no better father for her baby than her partner. "José and I have gone hand in hand in the broadest sense of the term. She has taken care of me as much as she could, supporting me emotionally, encouraging me... And also poking me when she had to," she said.
