The president has vindicated the management of the Consell "moving forward and recovering rights with dialogue and calm" in the face of criticism from the PSPV for the "complicated week" due to the statements of the Minister of Justice, that the dictator Francisco Franco was a " historical character".
And he has even reproached the socialists for insisting on "Franco, Franco and Franco" and has defended the law of "concord" registered by PP and Vox against the state democratic memory law that "the PSOE launched with Bildu, which coincidentally "They forgot about (the victims) of the GAL and ETA."
In the control session in Les Corts, the PSPV ombudsman, José Muñoz, charged against Mazón for the statements about Franco de Núñez, who later recanted and stated that he believed that Francoism was a dictatorship.
"A councilor who lights political fires instead of putting them out," he said, and stressed to Mazón that "she is not the councilor of Vox: she is his councilor." She has also denounced that the situation in the Community is "practically in chaos" due to the general teachers' strike called by STEPV, the majority union in public education, for the end of May.

The PSPV Ombudsman has responded by uploading to the platform the image of the Les Corts plenary session from last week in which the 'president' appears alongside the first vice president, Vicente Barrera (Vox), along with a photograph of Miguel Hernández. "This image will mark the legislature" and "demonstrates its lack of morality," he stated.
On the other hand, he has assured that Mazón "lied" last week when he said in the control session that the Department of Education did not claim aid granted by the previous Botànic government to companies linked to Francis Puig, brother of 'former president' Ximo Puig.
