Cadaqués through the time tunnel

I share in the Photos of the Readers of La Vanguardia this photograph that shows a snapshot from the early 1900s with a reflection in a shop window in today's Cadaqués.

Therefore, in the image we can see how the Cadaqués of the early 20th century overlaps with the current one of the 21st century, in an exercise of black and white and color that seems to take us into a time tunnel.

Cadaqués is the easternmost town on the Iberian Peninsula and, for many years, before the tourist boom occurred, it remained practically isolated.

For this reason, perhaps it has managed to preserve its seafaring past, as can be seen in the snapshots with its whitewashed houses among which the silhouette of the church of Santa María stands out and rises, which can be seen in the reflection of the shop window.

Cadaqués is considered one of the most beautiful and charming towns in Catalonia and, according to Dalí's particular opinion, in the entire world.
