The 36-year-old footballer, who has 13 goals and eight assists in 29 games, has only played nine games since the year 2024 began. Likewise, the Ballon d'Or in 2022, with a contract with the Arab club until 2026, could not play this Tuesday in the decisive clash between his team and Al-Hilal in the semifinals of the Saudi King's Cup, which ended in defeat for Benzema's team.
