Barefoot art on the ground

In La Vanguardia Readers' Photos we have visited the exhibition Art descalç per la terra, at the Center Cultura de La Mercè in Girona, an exhibition "focused on conflicts over land uses", as explained in the presentation .

It is a proposal to live and share, through art, the connection with nature. In these images we can see some of the works on display.

"We long to recover the connection with nature, the lost ability to listen to it, listen to it and love it unconditionally; and to enter into its sacred essence, feeling part of the Everything that sustains us and welcomes us," it is explained.

All of this "from an interspiritual and interconvictional perspective." In addition, a series of activities are carried out around this exhibition, which will be open until April 26.

The exhibition is organized by Justice and Peace with the collaboration of Friends of Sant Daniel Monastery, the diocesan delegation of Interreligious Dialogue and the La Mercè Cultural Center. It can be visited from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
