Directly inspired by the prototype with which the brand managed to win the last Dakar, the RS Q e-tron, this special model has an exclusive design and equipment and technical characteristics that make it unique.
Among them, the Audi Q8 e-tron edition Dakar stands out for its General Grabber AT3 tires and its advanced software for automatic suspension management, in addition to other improvements that are ideal for overcoming obstacles encountered when driving on difficult terrain. But the emotions of the weekend were far from ending there: from the Baqueira Beret viewpoint, crowned by the Audi Q8 e-tron Dakar, a new edition of the e-tron Ski Night also started, a double night descent along the slopes in which Audi once again brought the LED lighting technology of its vehicles to the Aran Valley.
The 200 participants in this fourth edition of the spectacular test were able to enjoy a unique sun gate before beginning the descent, at the same time as they discovered the Pop Up Store installed in that unique environment. Without a doubt, an unforgettable experience just before they began to slide at full speed along the slopes of Baqueira.
As on previous occasions, Audi was in charge of lighting a test in which the skiers descended with the support of special poles, which incorporated LED lights, leaving a magical sparkle on their journey through the slopes of the Aran Valley. Participants demonstrated their skills on skis while following in the wake of four guides, who were equipped with fully illuminated suits. And as a final touch, the skiers were able to enjoy a cocktail at the Möet Winter Lounge after reaching the finish line.
