There is no rest for crime. Scams that seek to take over bank accounts are multiplying and are the number one problem for customers. As if inflation or housing were not already a headache in homes. Caution and preparation can make a difference.

Nobody is spared. Scams with bank cards have become the first reason for customer complaints. Between phishing, pirate websites and various scams, we are all in danger if we do not take precautions (Podcast). The Tax Agency's hook also looks for unwary people: this is the new scam that impersonates it. More real is the possible disappearance of the deduction in the joint return, as proposed by tax technicians...

Other messes. We already have enough problems. Housing is impossible and renting is a via crucis, with a thousand and one requirements for tenants. To top it off, having a dog at home becomes more expensive with mandatory health insurance. How much does it cost? Despite everything, some good news appears: the price of olive oil seems to peak after the records and gasoline is going down. May it last!

Know how to manage. There is also movement in savings. Large-scale pension plans are advancing: hoteliers want to create the largest in Spain for employees in the sector and the self-employed increase theirs. On another front, banks maintain the poor remuneration of deposits, so bills remain the preferred investment. For them, returns have remained at their highest levels since 2012 despite strong demand.

There is a way out. Even if everything seems complicated or impossible, you can always start from scratch. Unemployed people with debts, bar owners affected by the pandemic, self-employed people... No matter how drowned you are, there is a solution. The bankruptcy reform has triggered individual bankruptcy proceedings. On average, between 5,000 and 25,000 euros are paid.

The motor market is turned upside down. For the second month the best-selling car comes from China. This is an MG brand model. What's special about it? Will there be an Asian invasion in Spanish dealerships?

Compact SUV and affordable price seems to be the formula for success for now.

Things are clearer in one of the great business families. The Álvarez have agreed to a distribution in the giants Eulen and Vega Sicilia after more than a decade of conflict. For now, everyone is happy.
