The National Police have arrested a nursing assistant in Seville who allegedly sexually assaulted a patient who was admitted to a hospital in the capital of Seville.
The investigations, framed in the so-called "Operation TOAR", began after the complaint filed by the victim, who suffered a sexual assault in which, apparently, a nursing assistant at the hospital where she had been operated on had repeatedly performed touching different parts of his body without any consent.
The victim notified the agents of a series of sexual touches on different parts of her body, including her genital parts, while she was admitted and under the effects of local anesthesia after a medical intervention for a broken tibia. and fibula, and therefore in a vulnerable situation.
In this way, the National Police agents specialized in this type of crimes carried out the corresponding investigations to clarify the reported facts, as well as the identification of the alleged perpetrator. This investigation has ended with the arrest of the alleged aggressor.
