Sparkling wines are usually associated with festive times, but they are perfect for any time and the industry has been fighting for seasonal adjustment for years. Its generous aging is a minimum of 84 months and this patience gives it great complexity. In aromas, roasted apple, chamomile-type flowers, yeast, smoked and toasted notes stand out. In the mouth it prioritizes freshness, with a fine and delicate bubble.

Sparkling pink and pale salmon in color. It is made with the native grapes of the area and by the traditional method starting from a rosé wine. The aging time is a minimum of two years and without expedition liquor, since it is a brut nature. In aromas we find red berries, touches of honey, pastries and field flowers. Its mouthfeel is sustained by a generous acidity and its bubbles are crisp and sparkling.
