The UN attacks Rubiales: "We see no indication that the kiss is consented"

The bad behavior of Luis Rubiales after the final of the women's World Cup has crossed borders. First, the foreign media echoed it, then FIFA intervened and in the last few hours various UN representatives have spoken out firmly against the federal president.

"How hard is it not to kiss someone on the lips? There is a critical problem of sexism that continues to exist in sport and I hope that the authorities and the Spanish Government address it in a way that respects the rights of all women athletes" Dujarric claimed.

Turk and Dujarric's assessments come three days after UN Women condemned Rubiales' "totally unacceptable offensive comments and behaviors" in a statement, in addition to calling for "zero tolerance" in situations of this nature and claiming that "the women are breaking barriers in sport.
