Vox wants to get us into NoDo

This morning I felt like Christiane, the protagonist of Good Bye, Lenin!, who goes into a coma just before the fall of the wall and, when she comes to her senses eight months later, her son redecorates her Berlin apartment and even and everything shows him videos of old TV news, so that he believes that nothing has changed in the country so that he does not suffer a relapse.

I experienced a similar feeling after reading Vox's show for this election.

What's more, I turned on the TV to see if it was true and started seeing black and white images of post-war Spain, which made my heart race. The bewilderment lasted a few seconds, which took me a while to discover that it was a La 2 documentary.

As this media thing is a bit messed up lately with so much click bait art and fake news on the part, I consulted serious press to see if the proposal was true. And yes, I was going to mass, so I broke out in a cold sweat. Vox proposes a unitary state, in which the autonomous model would be abolished, so that the central government would regain all powers.

Parties, organizations and associations that sought to destroy territorial unity would be outlawed. All undocumented immigrants would be expelled, care centers for unaccompanied minors, who would be sent to their country, would be closed, and a naval blockade would be established to prevent the arrival of shepherds.

The primacy of European Justice over the Spanish one would be rejected and the Penal Code would be changed to recover the crime of sedition in addition to incorporating that of treason. Gender segregation in schools would be supported and "the exploits of our national heroes" would be included in the school syllabus. It would end the legislation on equality, including gender violence. Abortion and euthanasia laws would be repealed. The Paris Agreement on climate change would be abandoned. And I won't go on so it doesn't seem like I'm subjecting you to a re-reading of 1950s NoDo.

I don't know what look on Feijóo's face when he read that. The country describes the program as a challenge to the PP. I would call it a kick in the parts. Yesterday I thought even Cine de Barrio was an attack on freedoms.
