María Teresa Campos has been dismissed in family privacy

Only the family and the closest people went yesterday morning to the cremation of the communicator María Teresa Campos, at the funeral home in La Paz. Terelu Campos and her daughter, Alejandra Rubio; and Carmen Borrego and her children, Carmen and José María Almoguera, the latter with his wife Paola Olmedo, who were carrying the stroller with the great-grandson of María Teresa Campos, born in June.

Also not missing were Gustavo Guillermo, the presenter's driver, who considered him "the son she never had", and the journalist Belén Rodríguez, who always said that María Teresa was like "a second mother to her ".

After a very intense Tuesday, with countless visits from colleagues and friends, who wanted to say goodbye to Campos, and which ended with a mass officiated by Father Ángel, the family went to rest for a few hours. Yesterday the first to arrive at the funeral home was Carmen Borrego, accompanied by her husband José Carlos Bernal. The youngest daughter confessed that "they were tired, very tired", and she was again grateful for the affection received: "We have always known that they loved her very much, but what happened yesterday overwhelmed us... the love and respect towards her". His sister, Terelu Campos, entered through the back door.

After the intimate ceremony, Alejandra, his granddaughter, very affected, thanked the media for the interest and said that now it was time to rest. Bernal, Carmen Borrego's husband, was carrying a large portrait of María Teresa who must have presided over the ceremony. All the attendees left with yellow roses in hand, the presenter's favorite and which they took to remember her.

At the express wish of the presenter, the ashes will rest in Malaga together with the mortal remains of her mother and her sister, although her daughters have not communicated when the transfer will take place.
