Díaz and Belarra ask for the vote to join together in Navarre

Ione Belarra, general secretary of Podemos, shared yesterday in Pamplona her first campaign meeting with the Sumar candidate, Yolanda Díaz, a formation for which she asked for the vote without dedicating a single sentence to the presidential candidate who was attending at the event In fact, he expressly asked for the vote for Sumar, thanked Esquerra and EH Bildu for their contribution to the legislature, and praised the political legacy of Irene Montero, but without allusion or any commendation to Díaz.

Meanwhile, Sumar's new spokesperson for feminism, equality and LGBTI rights, Elizabeth Duval, was at the same time suffering a direct attack from Vox's Carla Toscano, who called her "chronically ill", which caused a wave of digital solidarity with Duval, who recalled that the World Health Organization depathologized transsexuality five years ago.

Even the socialist deputy Andrea Fernández, who is the PSOE's equality secretary, publicly denounced: "It has been Dantesque. I said it and I repeat it: the spokeswoman for Vox has delivered a violent speech which, on the other hand, has had the complicit tolerance of the PP".

Next to the candidate for the presidency, Belarra and the candidate for Sumar for Navarre, MEP Idoia Villanueva - member of the Podem executive -, walked around Pamplona before starting the campaign event to reinforce an image of unit a little cold. Díaz did refer in his speech to the political achievements of Belarra - who won the seat for Navarre, although he is now on the list of Sumar for Madrid -, but it was not answered since the Minister of Rights Socials only talked about the usefulness of voting for Add to be able to revalidate the coalition Government and continue to apply progressive policies and also dedicated words to number 1 on the list for Navarre, but did not say anything about the candidate.

Díaz, for his part, focused his intervention on highlighting the lies told to TVE shortly before the rally by the PP candidate, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, and which were dismantled by the journalist Silvia Intxaurrondo. In fact, he even replied on Twitter to his attempt at rectification: "What he said to TVE today is not true. There are already too many lies, Mr. Feijóo, and you insist on hiding and not going to the debate because you are afraid that the public will know the truth." And he added: "The only free vote is an informed vote. Stop hiding."

The candidate for the presidency claims that Feijóo has made "lies his way of developing in politics", and assured that his hidden plan for pensions is to reduce them and "raise the retirement age as requested by the Cercle d'Empresaris". According to the vice-president, it is José María Aznar who reveals the economic plan that Feijóo is silent on: "Return to austerity and cuts". The candidate for Sumar recalls that "the electricity companies have already asked for a vote for Feijóo, and they are asking for it because he promises them to return to temporality, austerity and cuts".
