The National Police has dismantled a drug sales point and arrested eleven people, two for drug trafficking and nine for judicial complaints and robberies, in separate devices carried out in the Casitas Rosas, in the Valencian district of Marítimo, where They drew up 40 reports of drug possession and 14 of sharp weapons and identified dozens of people.

The investigation began in mid-September, when the agents detected a large influx of apparently drug addicts who went to a home in the Marítimo district, where they stayed for a few moments and left the place a short time later with small doses of narcotic substances.

As a result of the surveillance, it was possible to identify the two suppliers, who acted in a coordinated manner. While one was in charge of monitoring the possible police presence and directing potential buyers towards the home, the other directly dispensed the substance and managed the money collected.

On September 29, an entry and search was carried out at said address where agents seized eight doses of heroin, five of pink cocaine and two of hashish ready for sale, as well as cash, according to police sources.

The two men, with police records, were arrested as presumed responsible for a drug trafficking crime, and were placed at the disposal of the judicial authority.

On the other hand, between September 18 and 29, a crime prevention device was deployed in the same neighborhood in order to maintain citizen safety and prevent the sale and consumption of drugs in public.

As a result of the checks on vehicles and people, the agents arrested nine people for different reasons, such as legal complaints and robberies. Likewise, they prepared 40 reports of drug possession and 14 of sharp weapons, identifying dozens of people.

The investigation, led by the judicial police group of the Maritime Police Station, has had the collaboration of the Prevention and Reaction Unit -UPR-, the Canine Guides Unit and the Response Operational Group -GOR-.
