The king of the cachopo (I): from farsante to asesino

He boasted of being Basque, but he was from Madrid. He boasted of having high-profile friends to thrive in politics, in journalism, as a businessman in the hospitality sector... But all his projects, which had a brilliant start, ended in complaints for non-payments, debts to suppliers and the sudden disappearance by Cesar Roman.

In 2016 he made his most ambitious dream come true. He succeeded as head of a restaurant chain specializing in Asturian dishes, among which a breaded fillet stuffed with ham and cheese, the cachopo, stood out. But this project also had a bad ending: the death and dismemberment of his partner, the young Honduran mulatto Heidi Paz.

All the rivers of passion flow into the black chronicle: desire, greed, jealousy, anger, hate, love, greed, ambition... There are no stories only of good and bad. There are stories full of nuances, half-truths, strengths and weaknesses, innocence and cruelty.
