But all his projects, which had a brilliant start, ended in complaints for non-payments, debts to suppliers and the sudden disappearance by Cesar Roman.
In 2016 he made his most ambitious dream come true. He succeeded as head of a restaurant chain specializing in Asturian dishes, among which a breaded fillet stuffed with ham and cheese, the cachopo, stood out. But this project also had a bad ending: the death and dismemberment of his partner, the young Honduran mulatto Heidi Paz.
