On Wednesday night, Civil Guard agents located the lifeless body of Silvia L.G., in the back seat of her car, naked, tied hand and foot, with a bag over her head and, at least, one gunshot wound. white mark on the neck, which investigators say is from a knife.

However, the investigation into this death indicates that the woman was not murdered in the vehicle, but in the kitchen of her house, from which her body was moved to the basement, where she kept her vehicle, where the body was located.

The minors appeared in the Cotolino park area, close to the family home, hiding and after 2:30 in the morning. The Civil Guard proceeded to arrest them for their relationship with the death of their mother.

The youngest of the children cannot be criminally charged, as he is under 14 years old, and yesterday he was sent to a minor center of the Government of Cantabria. His older brother remains, since yesterday, in a closed regime in another care center for minors, after the judge on duty imposed six months of confinement for him for his "alleged commission" of a crime of murder.

For its part, the Ministry of the Interior reported this Friday that it is not aware of the existence of complaints filed by any member of the family. This was explained by the minister, Fernando Grande Marlaska, who has asked for prudence and "maximum sensitivity" as minors are involved.

"I am not aware of any circumstances," Marlaska responded in an interview on TVE reported by Europa Press when asked about the possible existence of complaints from the mother towards the children or vice versa.

"It is a tragedy," the head of the Interior simply added, who has conveyed "his support to the family" and has asked that they wait for the "development of the investigations."
