The Mossos d'Esquadra have arrested four men accused of being involved in an alleged sexual assault on a woman inside a Sitges home.
According to police sources, the events occurred early Wednesday morning and one of those arrested is being investigated as the perpetrator of the attack. The other three have been arrested for not having done anything to help the victim.
The same sources point out that the woman has notified the police, who were making a wide deployment in Sitges on the occasion of Carnival.
As for the final balance of the operation related to this festivity, since Fat Thursday the Mossos have arrested fifteen people. The majority, for crimes of theft and drug trafficking. There have also been 357 identifications.
