This is a test carried out by the Madrid Municipal Police. In the clip, an agent can be seen collapsing to the ground, pretending that he is having a heart attack.
The dog quickly runs to his side, thus beginning his technique of squeezing the agent's chest with his front paws. This technique is necessary to save lives in emergency situations where a person's breathing or heartbeat has stopped.
