The controversial response of a restaurant owner to a bad review on Google

If we have never been to a restaurant, many will find out about its services and its cuisine through Google reviews or other specialized platforms. However, many establishments view these comments with concern, as they can easily destroy the company's reputation.

The user @soycamamero has echoed another controversial case on his Twitter or X account. "The door was open and we entered. A very noisy place. I asked if I could eat and they looked at us with astonishment at that question. We They say that the kitchen was already closed and that they open it again at 8:00 p.m.," he writes in his review.

The criticisms do not end here. According to this version, when they were leaving the premises, "a waitress scolded us and asked us rudely if the door was open when we entered." A "little deferential" treatment for which she will not return ".

Faced with such accusations, the restaurant owner did not hesitate to answer: "Starting because the barrier was closed since in my place I put the hours at my convenience. Continuing because we have kitchen hours indicated on various posters."

This businessman recalls that "the staff have to rest", because "the time of slavery ended long ago". "That then we beat our chests, asking for decent hours and salaries for hotel workers," he adds in his response.

And he ends: "I end by saying that it is noisy, since we have a celebration with a multitude of people. Finally, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for not coming back. Thank you."

However, despite agreeing with the reasons of the owner of this restaurant, some users of this social network have criticized the forms used. "I think the anger was unnecessary," they say.
