What's more, a latest study led by the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) states that "living in green areas is associated with better mental health and less drug use." The 3-30-300 rule states that each person must be able to see at least 3 trees from their own house, the residents of a neighborhood must have at least 30% vegetation and, finally, live a maximum of 300 meters from a green space or a public park.
