The 17th L'H Confidencial Prize for crime novels is deserted

The jury of the L'H Confidencial Prize for crime novels has unanimously decided to declare the award void since no original submitted "responds to the objectives and desired quality" of the call.

113 aspiring works had been submitted to receive the prize, endowed with 12,000 euros and the publication of the manuscript in the Clandestina BCN publishing house, which takes over from Roca Editorial, the Hospitalet de Llobregat City Council reported this Thursday in a statement.

The L'H Confidencial Award is organized by the council and the Clandestina BCN publishing house and is promoted by the Bòbila Library, a pioneer in the formation and maintenance of a special collection of crime and crime genres.
