Stage fright is the body's response to a situation that causes severe stress and pressure. Stage fright can happen to all types of individuals, from people who have to expose themselves in public during some type of presentation or exhibition, within the workplace or student environment; even to artists, musicians or actors. That is why there are a series of techniques to combat it and control its symptoms.
