Apple crumble, the recipe for one of the crunchiest desserts

The crumble is usually served hot and would be very similar to the French Tatin, but in the English version and with a much simpler and quicker recipe to make. You can add slivered almonds to the dough, which will make the preparation a little more sophisticated and much tastier. When you prepare it, you will realize that it is very easy and, in addition, different fruits can be included. Surely, from now on, it will become one of your favorite desserts.

> 300 g of flour

> 200 g of brown sugar

> 200 g butter

> 450 g of apples

> Ground cinnamon

> Shall

1. Put the flour and brown sugar in a bowl with a pinch of salt and mix well.

2. Add the cold butter cut into cubes and continue mixing quickly (so as not to give the butter time to soften) with your fingertips until you get a sandy texture.

3. Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Put them in a bowl and sprinkle the ground cinnamon on top. Mix well.

4. In a previously buttered baking dish, pour the apple mixture and cover it on top with the crumble dough.

5. Cook in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 40 minutes until the crumble is golden and crispy.
