From the hand of Paloma Rodríguez we have a fresh red wine, with elegance and great personality. It is the fourth generation of this great winery. The vineyards sit on granite soil, a key ingredient along with the climate and altitude for this wine profile. It expresses itself very perfumed with notes of cherry, raspberry, aromatic herbs and very floral. On the palate, an acidity stands out that gives it verticality and a long and mineral finish.

In this wine, Paula Fandiño manages to express a land, an environment and a grape variety with great mastery, in a glass. It is a very expressive and saline white on all four sides. On the nose it is very aromatic with notes of stone fruit, citrus, flowers, marine and herbal touches and notes of a fabulous reduction. The palate is very unctuous, fresh, tasty and with a finish between saline and salty.

At Bodegas Ochoa, the wines are currently made by a great oenologist such as Adriana Ochoa. She is from the sixth generation and she is supported, in the design part, by her sister Beatriz de ella. The vineyards are developed in the Finca El Bosque de Traibuenas. In this wine we find a very elegant and perfumed style, with aromas of red fruits, fresh herbs and, above all, flowers. In the mouth it is delicate and subtle.

The experienced winemaker Alexandra Schmedes is working on this project, well supported by Margarita Madrigal and Gonzalo Rodríguez. Respect for the land, the winemaking tradition of the area and the native varieties are the philosophy of the winery. The 4 varieties are fermented together for a subsequent stay in amphora for 9 months with lees. The wine is very expressive with dominance of herbs, cherry, raspberry, wild strawberries and balsamic touches. In the mouth it is tasty, juicy and fresh.

Olga Verde is the oenologist and viticulturist of this project, with old vineyards settled in Otero de Villadecanes, on slate soils and cultivated organically. The Berciano environment, which gives freshness to the wines and Olga's good work in search of elegance, are key to achieving this type of wine. It expresses itself very floral, field herbs and fresh fruit. The mouth is wide, juicy and its 11 months in the barrel give it volume. Mineral finish.

Paola Medina is the praised oenologist of this great Jerez winery. Ella is a limited production oloroso from the Vintage Collection, aged statically for 8 years. Great in aromas, it offers raisins, dried fruits, hints of coffee, toast and cigar box. In the mouth it is very broad, powerful and with an eternal finish.

María Casanova is a long-standing family project and is located near Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. The name refers to the matriarch and in this case it is a cava aged for 18 months. It is very fresh, subtle, with hints of citrus, green apple and white flowers. In the mouth, its fine bubbles delight, enjoy good acidity and an aromatic finish.
