Xenia Tostado's revealing message in one of the most important moments for Daniel Sancho: "You have to be strong"

In one of the most critical periods for Daniel Sancho, his family faces a legal and media storm that is difficult to manage. The young chef, the confessed murderer of Edwin Arrieta, is awaiting trial in Thailand, a situation that has destroyed his family, including Rodolfo Sancho, his father, and Xenia Tostado, his stepmother.

The actress, who has been by her partner's side in these difficult times, has found a way on social networks to express her emotional state and share a small dose of strength. Through an Instagram story, as she has done on other occasions, Tostado has shared a reflection that reflects her current emotional state.

The reflection, encapsulated in the metaphor of a cactus that adapts and flourishes no matter the circumstances, reflects his desire to face challenges with strength while maintaining a positive perspective: "You have to be like the cactus... adapt to any time, place and circumstance…being strong and yet never forgetting to flourish.”

The legal context in which Daniel Sancho finds himself has recently suffered a series of complications, which have intensified the uncertainty about his legal situation. One of the difficulties has arisen with the suspension of the trial that was scheduled in Madrid, in relation to an alleged crime of injuries that dates back to 2019.

This suspension has been given in response to a notification from the Thai Prosecutor's Office. The communication reported the impossibility of holding a videoconference that was planned as part of the judicial process, which has led the judicial authorities of Madrid to decide to pause the trial until further notice.

As if this were not enough, Sancho's legal situation in Thailand is not much better. The chef was assigned a new lawyer, Grit Sudthanom, after the resignation of his previous lawyer. However, Sancho has not accepted Sudthanom as his legal representative, rejecting his assignment. This decision not only creates more tension in his procedural situation, but also increases uncertainty about how his defense will play out before the Thai courts.
