Varapalo for the son of Carmen Sevilla: Augusto Algueró will not be able to enjoy the house in Marbella inherited from his mother

Augusto Algueró is one of the most mentioned names in the media in recent weeks. The son of the late Carmen Sevilla has been the focus of attention of her mother's state, as well as the decision not to carry out any type of mass act in her honor. Another of the details that the press highlights is the inheritance that he will receive, but regarding this last field there is an uncomfortable setback.

This was revealed by Espejo Público this morning on Antena 3. The program presented by Susanna Griso reported live that Algueró will not be able to access one of the parts that corresponded to him: a luxury penthouse located in the city of Marbella. The details have been provided by Amparo de la Gama, a journalist from El Confidencial, who has reported that the house is located in an "illegal" building that should be demolished soon.

The home in question consists of a 200-square-meter floor and another 500 of a terrace with views of the beach. The penthouse is located in a three-story block called Banana Beach, located a few meters from the Marbella sand. A very striking property but loaded with drawbacks that will prevent the son of Carmen Sevilla from enjoying it. In fact, according to de la Gama, "this house is already known as the cursed attic."

The journalist recounted the problems of the building: “It turns out that it is illegal. It has a demolition order issued by the Supreme Court, it cannot be revoked. These blocks were made outside the urban planning of the city and, in 2014, the order was issued. Until now, it has not been carried out, but both the regional body and the municipal body say that they have to take charge, one or the other, of compensating the victims who bought these apartments”.

Another aspect to consider in this situation is the price of the building. No definitive figures have emerged on how much it would be worth today, but the partner of El Confidencial has been able to contribute that it has increased in value since its acquisition: “Carmen bought it, practically, at the price of nothing. At that time, Carmen was the one who extolled the beauties of Marbella and she was given at a bargain price. She bought it very cheap ”.

In this way, Augusto Algueró suffers another setback after the criticism received for not organizing a funeral open to the public for his mother. The composer wanted to respond to the messages received through the Europa Press microphones. "I am not famous, the famous have been my parents, I have tried to remain anonymous and that is how I want to continue my life, I want to be respected and I would like it to be so," he explained.
