Trench coat or dress?: Kate Middleton's new viral look

The princes of Wales resumed their official agenda this Thursday after almost a month off. Prince William and Kate Middleton decided to take advantage of their children's spring school holidays to enjoy a few weeks with the family without official commitments, with the exception of their attendance at Easter mass.

The city of Birmingham was chosen to resume their royal agenda, an appointment where the couple once again exuded sympathy. Guillermo and Kate were very close, they even starred in the funniest anecdotes, such as when the prince did not hesitate to take a phone call while visiting an Indian restaurant to make a reservation.

For the occasion, the Princess of Wales wore an original burgundy garment by Karen Millen. A piece that was a hybrid between a trench coat, one of the designs that cannot be missing in the mid-season wardrobe, and a dress with which she stylized her silhouette.

The upper part was reminiscent of the most characteristic details of the trench coat, with the lapels and the belt made of the same fabric, while the part of the skirt stood out for its elegant pleated fabric that provided a different touch.

Karen Millen's dress, with a discounted price of 248.38 euros -initially it was 338.70 euros- sold out in the blink of an eye due to the "Kate effect", thus confirming that the classic and sophisticated style of the princess continues to conquer the British and women around the world.

In addition, this design was available in nude and green, two shades that also hung the sold-out sign in record time. The only design available, although it is already reported that there are limited units, is black, an infallible and timeless option.

Middleton completed her look with suede pumps in the same burgundy color by Gianvito Rossi, her inseparable engagement ring that belonged to Princess Diana, and her viral Sézane earrings, valued at 95 euros, with which she caused a sensation at mass Christmas in Sandringham and that they were a gift from Prince William.
