This is how the peculiar amulet with which Cristina Pedroche protects her daughter works

There are only a few weeks left for Cristina Pedroche and Dabiz Muñoz to become parents for the first time. At 34, the Atresmedia presenter is living one of the sweetest experiences of her life, and she can't wait to see the face of what will be her first daughter, for whom she already has almost everything ready, including the name - that they will reveal once they are born.

While they wait for her arrival, the collaborator continues preparing for the moment of delivery, sharing everything she learns or discovers with her followers through Instagram. It has been precisely in response to several of them that the presenter has revealed that she protects her daughter in a very peculiar way: with an amulet that she always carries with her.

In a fairly extensive publication in which the collaborator has wanted to respond to the many of her followers who have asked her about the amulet in question, Pedroche has wanted to explain in detail what it is and how it should be used.

Specifically, the amulet she uses to protect her little girl is an angel caller.

"It's like a bonding charm between mother and baby," explains the presenter.

"The sphere is like a rattle that emits a very subtle sound when it moves. It is said that this sound relaxes the baby and that when they are born they are able to recognize it," he explains, clarifying that it can be used from the fourth month of pregnancy, but she put it on much earlier because she thought it was "beautiful" and "she felt very good energy wearing it."

Of course, it is an amulet that does not have to be bought personally because it must be a gift "and nobody can touch it, only you and your baby when it is born." It was given to her, specifically, by her friend and her yoga teacher, Maite Aguirre.

In addition, the presenter adds that they also say that it protects the gut from blows "because being in front makes it like a shield." According to her, it works. "Sometimes when I got up from a table or something like that, the knock was given by the caller and not the gut. Pregnant we are more clumsy but if you are already clumsy like me, well a little more," she jokes.

Cristina Pedroche is determined to end her pregnancy in the best possible way, and the same for the moment she has to give birth to her little girl. The presenter has shared with her followers all the information that she has been investigating in this regard, and she is clear about the way in which she wants to give birth.

The chosen method is hypnobirthing, as she recognized that "a birth does not depend only on me, on how well prepared I am, on all the books I have read, it also depends on my baby and how he wants to be born."

"It's not that nobody hypnotizes you. It's about controlling your breathing and doing a lot of meditation," the presenter explained a few days ago. According to her words, she will not go through any type of contraction: "Nature gives me a few minutes to be calm, relax. Maybe I don't have to get an epidural," she said, hopeful.
