Controversy once again affects actor Juan José Ballesta, known for his leading role in the film El Bola when he was only a teenager. The interpreter is once again in the spotlight after having been denounced by a woman, whom he had known since childhood and who had even been her neighbor, for alleged sexual assault.

It all happened during a night of partying in the Madrid town of Parla, according to the testimony to which the Telecinco TardeAR program has had access. There, Ballesta would have performed several non-consensual touches on the 47-year-old woman, who now breaks her silence in the same television space.

According to the complainant's version, there would be a third man involved. "A guy I didn't know at all approached me and took me out of the store and took me to his car," he says, asserting that they had put "something in his drink" since he doesn't remember any more details about what happened next.

"He caught me treacherously, threw me against the couch, pulled my hair back, and raped me, and after that he took out a knife and told me 'do you see this? I'll run you through, and I'll kill you, and if you don't do it, everything I say I kill you because I know where you live," she said about the man in a testimony collected by journalist Esther Sánchez.

Juan José Ballesta's involvement in this event came right after in the woman's story. "That same night, Ballesta sexually assaulted me in the street; he held his hand and hurt me and abused me in the street," she told TardeAR. The complainant assures that both the actor and the other man were trying to get money to get drugs.

"They were talking about Juanjo having a very important appointment the next day because they were going to do an interview on TV, and he needed heroin to calm down," he said about events that allegedly took place last July. Finally, he confirmed that they had known each other before, although without ensuring that they were childhood friends: "In Parla, all of us who have grown up there know each other by sight," he stated.
