The last of them was confessed by Ramón Chippirrás, lawyer and criminologist, as well as spokesman for the Sancho family. During an interview on YAS Verano, the summer version of Y ahora Sonsoles on Antena 3, announced that there would be "legal consequences" against Lecturas magazine as a result of the cover published this week, in which the father of the alleged murderer appears, the actor Rodolfo Sancho. “This image has been taken in a totally private place, where you cannot pass. Someone has sneaked in there and that will have legal consequences, for sure, for the person who has taken the photograph, ”said the lawyer on the set in San Sebastián de los Reyes. “We have been saying it for six or seven days: there is a girl under the age of 8 who has to be preserved from everything that is happening. Three days ago there was a very serious incident with her in the middle of it and that cannot be allowed, ”he added.
Similarly, the presenter of the format, Rebeca Haro, shared with Chippirrás the will applied by the program to respect the privacy of the family: "You have repeatedly asked us, out of respect above all for Rodolfo's daughter, to abandon the home. Since this program we have fulfilled it and we have never been there. A request that is accompanied by several controversies in heart programs when dealing with the case.
