The grand final of 'MasterChef 11' arrives: this will be the kitchen duel tonight

The exciting eleventh edition of MasterChef comes to an end with the grand finale. After several weeks of effort, the finalists are ready to compete for victory in the most famous and demanding culinary talent show in Spain.

The contestants who aspire to win MasterChef 11 are Eneko, Lluís, Álex and Pilu. These talented chefs have made it all the way to the grand finale of the show, overcoming numerous culinary challenges and showing off their cooking skills. Each of them will seek to impress the judges and win the title after tonight's exciting cooking duel.

In the last episode of the season, the finalists will have two chances to obtain the coveted duelist jacket. The first duel will take place in a mythical “Following the Chef” test, where the contestants will have to replicate a dish prepared live by chef Toño Pérez. On this occasion, the novelty lies in the fact that the finalists will cook with their backs to the chef, paying special attention to his instructions.

The remaining three finalists will compete for the second jacket in an outdoor event at the Martín Berasategui Restaurant, recognized with three Repsol Suns, and in full celebration of its 30th anniversary. There, they will prepare a menu designed by the famous Basque chef, which will be tasted by 10 prominent representatives of Basque cuisine with 30 Repsol Suns.

In the last challenge, the finalists will have to prepare a complete menu consisting of a starter, a main course and a dessert. The judges Pepe Rodríguez, Samantha Vallejo-Nágera and Jordi Cruz will evaluate the technique, flavor and identity of the dishes, looking for them to reflect everything learned in MasterChef. In addition, chef Mauro Colagreco will participate in the final decision to choose the winner.

The winner of the twelfth edition of MasterChef will take the 'MasterChef Spain' trophy, a cash prize of 100,000 euros and will see his official recipe book published. In addition, he will have the opportunity to take the Master's Degree in Cooking, Technique and Product at the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián.

The second classified will obtain the prize of a Master in Restaurant Pastry and Sweet Cuisine, while the third classified will take a Specialization Course in Avant-garde Culinary Techniques. Both prizes will be offered by the Basque Culinary Center of San Sebastián.

The finalists are eager to take on the ultimate challenge and show off their culinary talents. Do not miss the grand final of MasterChef 11, which will be broadcast today -Monday 19- at 10:35 p.m. on La 1 and will be available on RTVE Play.
