The Court of Barcelona has convened a hearing on Thursday to address the preventive detention of Dani Alves, after the defense of the Brazilian player presented an appeal in May before the Court of Barcelona against the decision of the investigating judge to keep Alves in prison preventive, after being imprisoned in the Brians II penitentiary center on January 20.
The soccer player's lawyers, Cristóbal Martell and Arnau Xumetra, request his provisional release, insisting that the risk of escape is "non-existent" and argued in this new appeal that it is "unthinkable" that he try to flee, given that he has a "life project " in Barcelona and has already sent their children to school in a center in the Catalan capital.
To do this, the third section of the Barcelona Court will hold a hearing this Friday to discuss the preventive detention of Dani Alves and his possible release, which is opposed by both the Prosecutor's Office and the private prosecution representing the young woman.
