Teresa Rabal returns to the cinema: "I return to stay and I do it with tremendous enthusiasm"

Teresa Rabal is a living legend of cinema in our country. Because she was born into a family of artists, Rabal made her film debut at just nine years of age in a Buñuel film, Viridiana, in 1961.

After a break in her acting career from which it seemed she was never going to recover, Rabal has returned to the big screen with great excitement with the movie Tin y Tina, a psychological thriller with elements of horror directed by Rubin Stein and starring by Jaime Lorente and Milena Smith.

After taking on all sorts of roles throughout her vast acting career, Teresa Rabal is back at it as a terrifying nun in Rubin Stein's film.

The artist has spoken with the program Y Ahora, Sonsoles and has expressed that she is delighted with the project and very excited for people to see the film. ''I have done this character with great enthusiasm, it is an ideal role for my age. I come back to stay and I do it with tremendous enthusiasm ", she narrates to the Antena 3 program.

The 2023 film has a duration of 119 minutes in which the actors will trap you in a mysterious story that brings together faith, motherhood, family drama, love and a certain point of terror that creates a unique atmosphere.

The film tells the story of Lola, a young woman who loses the babies she was expecting, which makes her lose her faith in God. To try to reconnect with her religious side, the woman goes with her husband to a nunnery where they meet Tin and Tina, two seven-year-old brothers to whom Lola feels strongly attracted. Although Adolfo, her husband, does not feel the same way, the couple decides to adopt the little ones. As the days go by, the couple becomes obsessed with the children and they begin to suspect that something is wrong due to the religious games they play.
