Terelu Campos mourns the absence of her mother, María Teresa, at Easter: "This year she is not here"

The week has been bittersweet for Terelu Campos. The television presenter has revealed that the family tradition of spending Easter with her mother has been cut short by her delicate state of health. Although Terelu has traveled to Malaga to enjoy the processions, this time she does it without María Teresa Campos, an absence that she makes herself noticeable.

Terelu herself has been in charge of publishing a photograph on her Instagram account in which she shows that this year she has not missed this very special appointment either. However, her mother's health problems have caused Terelu to visit the Andalusian city with her daughter, Alejandra Rubio.

In the emotional post on Instagram, Terelu shows that she has her mother in mind at all times. The image shows the journalist with her daughter Alejandra from behind, enjoying one of the many processions on Holy Monday in Malaga from a balcony.

In a reflection on the difficult moment she is going through, Terelu wrote: "With the love of my life seeing the captive over the bridge of dawn...she is not here this year but we are in her name to thank her for giving us Health to be able to see him in procession, and to pray to him to take care of her every day. Different Holy Week but also very sad without her!”

With these words, Terelu has made it clear that her mother is going through a very difficult time physically, which is why she has not been able to move to the Costa del Sol with her daughter and granddaughter. Alejandra Rubio reacted to this post with a view to encouraging her mother in this very special week, "I love you love", wrote the influencer.

As revealed by Semana magazine, María Teresa Campos is at her home in Madrid being cared for by a professional hired by the family. Both Terelu and Carmen Borrego have been in charge of deciding that María Teresa should not move because of her delicate state. A few days ago, Borrego stated that the iconic television presenter "is fine, she is where she has to be, at home, resting and disconnected."
