This April 23, one more year, the Catalans will take to the streets to enjoy the festival of Sant Jordi. A celebration that no one wants to miss due to its spectacular nature and its special meaning, a day in which love and culture merge. And it is that in any corner of the territory we can find a book stall where writers of all genres sign copies to their most fervent readers, and a thousand and one stalls of roses appear on all corners that give color and perfume the air to suggest that it is already spring. The famous Casa Batlló will cover its façade with hundreds of roses, the walls of Montblanc will be the stage where the legend of Sant Jordi will be performed, and there will be castellers and sardanas on the Rambla Nova in the city of Tarragona... It is a truly spectacular party for those who never experienced it, something of which the Catalans are very proud.

But also, it is a good day for solidarity, for this reason, some establishments in the city turn to some organizations to raise funds and help a good cause.

It will also give all its guests bookmarks made by children from the Fundació Comtal, another NGO in the neighborhood that works so that children and young people in vulnerable situations have opportunities for the future.

In Sant Jordi, its roof terrace, the highest in the Gòtic, will be open. On Vivi's Terrace you can have vermouth quietly, enjoying the 360 degree views. And both on the terrace and in the Fauna restaurant, they will have a dessert in the shape of a rose and they will serve the special Sant Jordi bread.

The preserved flower company Omotesandō Plants makes small gardens in a moss ball, it is an ancient Japanese technique that they have imported into our country. Plants that only need to be watered once a year and stay cool. Among his proposals are those made with roses and that can be purchased on his website.
