Soraya Arnelas has married by surprise. The singer had announced in an interview in Semana magazine that on July 15 she would say "I do." However, the artist has revealed in an interview in La Razón that she and her fiancé Miguel Ángel Herrera have already become "husband and wife."
The link was held by civil means in the Madrid town of Villar del Olmo. "We went to sign the papers at the Town Hall and we have a wonderful lifelong memory of that day," Soraya revealed in the interview.
The wedding had already been planned for years, but the pandemic has ended up postponing it until now. On July 15, Soraya Arnelas and Miguel Ángel Herrera will celebrate their love surrounded by family and friends.
The couple has been together for more than a decade and during this time they have been the parents of two daughters, Manuela, six years old, and Olivia, one and a half years old. For this reason, the singer has explained that she has felt Herrera as her "husband" for a long time and that this legal step has been taken to "shield the legal security" of her children.
