Robert de Niro, sued by his former assistant for gender discrimination

Robert De Niro is mired in a legal conflict after harsh accusations by his former personal assistant. Graham Chase Robinson, who worked for the popular actor for years, is suing him for gender discrimination.

The interpreter, who has just released the successful film The Moon Killers, the latest project by his faithful companion Martin Scorsese, has gone to the New York courts to testify at the trial.

As noted by the news portal TMZ, which has had access to the complaint, Robinson has sued him for $12 million in damages for severe emotional distress and reputational damage.

The actor has been sued for making sexual comments, verbally abusing him and assigning him "stereotypically feminine tasks," a lawsuit the former assistant filed after De Niro sued her.

A year ago, the interpreter sued her, alleging that Robinson watched 55 episodes of Friends for 4 days in a row and that he even used the company's credit card in order to buy luxury meals.

The assistant claims that the actor frequently got drunk, joked about his Viagra prescription and even stood idly by when a colleague of the actor slapped him on the butt. De Niro made it clear at trial that "This is all nonsense!", claiming that the employee thought they had an "imaginary intimacy."
