The Godó Group has announced that from April 30 there will be a replacement in the management of Radiocat XXI, the publishing company of radio stations RAC1 and RAC105. Jaume Peral, who until now has led the Group's stations, took over as sub-director of RAC1 in January 2018, from the Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals, where he had held different positions.
The handover occurs in the context of the different organizational changes that the Godó Group has made in recent months, where it has opted for internal talent in different areas of responsibility.
Oscar Rodríguez, with extensive experience and trajectory in the Godó Group and who directed the printing and distribution units of the Group, was appointed CEO of La Vanguardia in October. In the marketing area, Iván Grau -previous managing director of Mundo Deportivo- assumed the general direction of Godó Strategies at the beginning of 2023. And finally, Rafa López Jano, was promoted as managing director of Mundo Deportivo in January.
It is expected that in the coming weeks the organizational changes within the media business area of Grupo Godó will be completed, with a new management structure at Radiocat XXI.
