Some scenes from televised beauty contests around the world are a viral classic on social networks and also reign in the naughtiest channel zapping programs. The answers of some contestants when asked about very deep questions or sometimes about general culture create surreal situations as we have seen hundreds of times.
Once again, this moment of questions and answers to the candidates of a televised beauty contest in Peru has gone viral on the Internet. But, on this occasion, it was not the answer of the miss candidate that has generated the problem, but the question that the presenter has asked.
"What is your greatest medium?", asks the presenter Andrés Hurtado to one of the candidates in the preview of Miss Peru 2023. "Medium?", she asks, amazed. "That's right, what is your greatest means... or the question is wrongly asked. Let's see production... could it be fear?" says Hurtado looking for the show's producer.
It is then that the presenter loses his temper and asks the producer to step aside for the mistake made. "I, as a producer, would like you to make sure before passing me the pattern because it is not about making a program just like that. I am the one who showed my face. The contestants are in front. I would ask you to step aside as producer of the Saturday program with Andrés. Leave your position to one of the boys, okay?", he says in the video to a crestfallen man who hands him the rundown of the program.
"Excuse me, here the heads are cut off immediately. I cannot allow it. Finish the program and leave your job", he questions the producer again, reaffirming his request for him to leave his job. After that, the presenter repeats the correct question to the applicant and the answer, despite the time he has had to think due to the presenter's anger, does not impress either.
"What is your biggest fear?" Andrés Hurtado asks him. To which she replies: "My biggest fear was daring to participate in Miss Peru." Given the level of anger that the host of the program handles, it is not surprising that the aspiring miss was terrified that the presenter would fly into a rage against her.
