The actress María León has explained one of the most bizarre stories that are remembered in the history of television. And she has done it on Martínez y Hermanos, a Movistar talk show led by Dani Martínez in which three well-known guests from different worlds share a sofa and share secrets in a very relaxed atmosphere.
Paco León's sister, who was invited along with footballer Ferran Torres and singer Beret, was asked if she had ever lied and the actress replied that she had indeed done so to get a role. The Andalusian was still young and she was just starting out in the world of acting, so she worked in a clothing store to save money.
One summer, a casting came up and, in order to attend, he asked for a party at his workplace. However, the company denied it. That's when she started the lie. On the day of the test, the protagonist of La Voz Dormida went directly to a hospital and explained to the doctors that she had not been able to sleep due to pain in her lower back.
At that time, the health professionals diagnosed her with renal colic, for which they proceeded to admit her. Already on a stretcher, the actress explained that she was given a route and a painkiller.
"Things were going well, until they put me on a stretcher with a line," he recounted. The lie had gotten too big to stop.
Luckily, hours later he was finally able to attend the casting and was lucky enough to win the role. A surreal story, but with a happy ending for the interpreter.
