Kiko Rivera reflects on fatherhood: "If I dedicate time to you we don't have money, if there is money you don't have me"

The Pantoja family continues to be the order of the day. Isabel Pantoja's son has had a difficult few years as far as his health is concerned. Kiko Rivera suffered a stroke in 2022. A health setback for which he had to be hospitalized this past summer. In addition, the Sevillian DJ also suffers from diabetes, gout, hypertension and heart problems.

However, his health problems do not end there, since last February he had to cancel his professional commitments in order to undergo surgery after being diagnosed with osteonecrosis. This disease is very common in the hips and extremities and causes bone deterioration due to loss of blood flow to bone tissues.

In addition to his complex medical history, the artist is also not going through a good family time due to his non-existent relationship with his mother. A complicated situation that intensified a few days ago when the Sevillian DJ launched a new dart at the tonadillera through his social networks. ''If I had to call my mother, I'm sure she would push me without a parachute," wrote Kiko Rivera after watching the video of the influencer Lola Lolita jumping with a parachute.

Fortunately, the singer's son has the unconditional support of his family, his wife Irene Rosales and their three children. However, reconciling fatherhood and work is not being easy either due to his busy work life. A matter that he wanted to open up about through his Instagram profile with an unpublished image of his children.

''Most of the time people misunderstand the meaning of being a Father. And the problem with being a father is that you can never do it 100%. If I dedicate time to you we don't have money. And if there is money you don't have me. I cannot be there and provide at the same time because I am limited and have the obligation to make your lives better than mine,'' he began by saying.

''But the difficulty of being a father is that everyone wants him now. The wife wants it now. The son wants them now. The job requires it now. And the opportunity, the opportunity is now. And yet for many, being a father is just creating a family, but for me it is the best thing that has happened to me in my life,' he concluded.
