Julio José's last taunt to his future brother-in-law, Íñigo Onieva: "I like my sister"

Tamara Falcó's wedding to Íñigo Onieva is one of the most publicized of the year, as well as one of the most complicated. From the theft of the jewels that the bride was supposed to wear, to the controversy over her dress with Sophie et Voilà, through the criticisms of Alessandro Lequio and other comments that have appeared in the press. The last to make his position clear regarding the union is a person close to the family: Julio José Iglesias.

The son of Julio Iglesias and Isabel Preysler has returned to Madrid from his residence in Miami, being the first international guest of the nuptials to land in Spain. On his arrival at the airport, the singer was smiling and animated with the press, to the point of playing chase with the reporters who were waiting for him in the terminal. After a few sprints, Julio José has responded to the media regarding the cataloged as "wedding of the year".

According to his words to Europa Press, he is very excited about the celebration, and he cannot wait to see his sister dressed in white at the altar. "I'm sure she's gorgeous, like she's not," he told reporters. Even so, he also had words for his fiancé, Íñigo Onieva, and they were cryptic to say the least. Julio José, who in the past had stated that he liked everyone in the family, seemed to change his mind: "I like my sister."

Beyond these comments prone to various interpretations, the artist dedicated himself to clarifying various doubts that arose in the media three days after the event. One of them, the complete attendance of the family, confirmed it by assuring that Enrique Iglesias would also appear. "Yes, of course. The whole family," he explained, also detailing that his brother is already better from the pneumonia that he suffered for some time now.

Despite all the positive details that keep emerging about the wedding, the negative ones seem to continue to gain notice. The most notorious of the latter is the theft of some jewelry that the Marquise de Griñón was supposed to wear on the appointed day. Both her future husband and the jewelry store victim of the robbery affirmed that Falcó was not the recipient of the stolen pieces. Something that Alessandro Lequio has questioned in the last hours.

The collaborator of El programa de Ana Rosa criticized the succession of events related to this robbery on several occasions, the last one on Instagram: “The anger they have is absurd from the moment that Iñigo himself has said who will be the tuxedo, whose shirt will it be, whose tie will it be, whose shoes will it be… everything is sponsored, and the jewels of his family seem to be going the same way”.
